Refund policy

REFUND, EXCHANGE AND ISSUE-RESOLUTION POLICY Updated 7 October 2026 · Applies to ibacuu.store Email [email protected] with your order ID or request ID. 1. General approach Requests are assessed against the description/package at purchase, actual delivery and usability, work already performed and relevant evidence. Correctly delivered digital products may not qualify for change-of-mind returns, but this does not remove responsibility for delivery failures or mandatory statutory rights. Not every request results in a refund, and there is no blanket “no refunds under any circumstances” rule. “No warranty” does not automatically remove remedies for non-delivery, wrong delivery or failure to provide promised benefits. 2. Issues accepted for review Contact support if payment was made but IBACUU fails or is unable to supply as agreed; the wrong product/package, insufficient quantity or missing promised component is delivered; a key is already expired, used or invalid on receipt due to a supply fault; an account/link lacks advertised benefits; a file is corrupted/inaccessible because of delivery failure; agreed services are not performed; or a charge is incorrect/duplicated. After investigation, remedies may include guidance, completion/reissue, an equivalent replacement with consent, or an appropriate refund. Customers are not forced to accept a non-equivalent substitute. The remedy depends on the fault, feasibility of correction, obligations already performed and statutory rights. 3. Products marked “No warranty” Where clearly disclosed before purchase, correct delivery and fulfilment of promised benefits do not imply free ongoing warranty/replacement for later risks outside the sale commitment. Examples can include a previously disclosed supplier-policy/access risk, expiry, or misuse of valid disclosed conditions. This does not excuse an initially faulty key, a wrong package, non-delivery or disregard of a promised duration/benefit. An advertised duration is not erased by a no-warranty label. Initial delivery faults and unfulfilled commitments remain reviewable under section 2 and applicable law. Customers can still report issues. IBACUU distinguishes initial faults, its own failures and disclosed later risks rather than rejecting all enquiries because of the label. 4. Product-specific warranty/support Where a warranty is offered, its scope, period and remedies follow the information at purchase. Depending on that commitment, support, repair, reissue/replacement or refund can be appropriate. Inability to honour an obligation remains subject to resolution. Key validity, subscription duration, support and warranty periods are separate. One product's policy does not apply to every product. “Contact admin” identifies a support route; it does not imply lifetime warranty or unlimited replacement. Email for clarification. 5. Delivered files, software and keys Once correct digital content has been made available/downloaded, a key revealed or a product activated as agreed, change-of-mind, no-longer-needed or mistaken-selection returns are generally unavailable unless separately agreed or legally required. Missing advertised features, corrupted files, faulty keys or failure in a disclosed compatible environment still require investigation. Downloading, viewing or activating does not automatically waive remedies for real faults. Incompatibility with previously disclosed requirements, incorrect setup or unauthorised modification may affect support. Undisclosed technical requirements cannot automatically justify refusing a request. 6. Accounts and activation links Check access and benefits after receipt, and activate within any disclosed deadline. Material regional, eligibility, family-group or subscription requirements must be disclosed before purchase. Unauthorised account changes, sharing, misuse or missing a disclosed activation deadline may affect voluntary refund/support eligibility. The actual connection between the conduct and failure must be assessed; signing in alone does not establish customer fault. An account/link missing the purchased benefits on receipt, or an undisclosed material condition preventing activation, remains reviewable. Third-party risk notices do not excuse wrong delivery or unfulfilled IBACUU commitments. 7. Preorders, manual services and cancellations Cancellation can be requested before content delivery or commencement of agreed work. IBACUU checks actual progress, not just the product type or paid status. Delivered content/work performed may require considering the remaining scope and prior agreement. If an agreed deliverable or deadline cannot be met, options include waiting, a substitute with consent, or an appropriate refund. New cancellation fees cannot simply be imposed afterwards. Any deduction needs a lawful basis and valid previously disclosed/agreed conditions. For packages whose validity starts at payment or key delivery, review the actual purchased start point. Do not retrospectively change it to justify a delivery failure. 8. Reasons generally insufficient for a refund After correct fulfilment, voluntary refunds are generally not created by changed preferences, returning fully consumed benefits/quota, finding a cheaper seller, disliking otherwise validly processed AI output, or assuming a warranty never promised. Evidenced violations or unlawful use can justify a refusal within the relevant scope. Reasons should be explained and customers allowed to provide further information. Contractual exceptions and mandatory remedies for service/billing failures remain available. 9. Submitting a request and evidence Email [email protected] with “Support/Refund – [order or request ID]”. Include the purchase email, product/package or model, time, amount, issue, steps tried and preferred remedy. Use an order-linked support ticket if offered. Attach relevant error/access screenshots or redacted payment evidence. Do not send passwords, OTPs, full keys or sensitive banking/card information. If technical secrets need checking, support should arrange an appropriate method rather than public disclosure. An unboxing video is not a universal condition for complaints. Reasonable evidence, delivery/payment/usage logs and supplier information can be considered; absence of one evidence type does not automatically invalidate the request. 10. Review and timing IBACUU verifies ownership, checks payment/fulfilment and asks only for necessary information. Proposed remedies, acceptance/refusal reasons and additional questions are communicated through email/tickets. If supplier/payment reconciliation is needed, the pending step should be explained rather than used for unjustified delay. For consumer negotiation requests covered by applicable law, receipt and commencement of negotiation occur within seven working days of receipt; refusal must be answered with reasons as legally required. This does not guarantee every refund reaches the customer within seven days. Completion depends on the agreed method and relevant reconciliation. Report promptly to help verification. Expiry of an advertised warranty does not automatically eliminate all complaint rights or other statutory remedies. 11. Amount and refund method Refunds concern the amount actually paid after discounts for the eligible scope, not the pre-discount list price or later prices. Clarify the scope and entitlements affected before processing. Mixed orders require considering the affected part; one faulty item does not automatically cancel all correctly delivered items. The site's current order-refund function processes a paid purchase order once in full into the IBACUU wallet. Wallet repayment is used with customer agreement where appropriate; it cannot automatically replace an original-payment or other refund required by law. The site currently has no automatic partial-line refund or direct bank-refund button. Email support for an original-payment refund, deposit issue or partial-order arrangement so ownership and the method can be verified. Customers are not forced to accept wallet credit in exchange for waiving mandatory rights. IBACUU does not charge for resolving its own fault. Other deductions require a lawful basis and valid disclosed/agreed conditions. 12. Deposits, APIs, holds and charges Mistaken/duplicate/unused deposits and post-transaction balances require separate review; a deposit is not automatically consumed digital content. Absence of a withdrawal button does not make every deposit ineligible for review. For APIs, distinguish reserved funds from settled charges. Unused reserves are released after usage is determined; interrupted requests or incomplete usage data may require supplier reconciliation. A failure does not necessarily mean zero cost where valid partial processing occurred, but an unverified reserve must not simply become the final charge. Provide request ID, model, time and amount to investigate prolonged holds, duplicate billing or incorrect token/rate charges. Use the rate recorded for that request, without retrospective increases. Validly consumed tokens are not refunded merely because the answer was disliked; billing errors or unfulfilled service duties remain reviewable. Free gifts, benefits with no paid amount and complimentary quota do not create a cash refund at their advertised value. 13. Entitlements and records after refunds For an agreed refunded scope, download access, keys, accounts or service entitlements may be revoked/terminated. Stop using or redistributing content outside any rights preserved by agreement or law. Revocation must match the actual refunded scope. Necessary transaction/support records may remain for reconciliation, disputes or legal obligations under the Privacy Policy. The same payment is not refunded twice. Suspected fraud is investigated using evidence, not used to automatically reject all claims or retain unrelated funds. 14. Reconsideration, effect and contact Reply in the same email thread with the disputed point and further evidence if you disagree. Consumer-protection organisations, competent authorities, courts and other lawful dispute routes remain available; receiving support does not require waiving these rights. This policy operates with the product/package information at purchase and the Terms. Later updates do not automatically reduce rights for older transactions. Mandatory law takes precedence over inconsistent wording. Current public contact: [email protected]. Related policies: https://ibacuu.store/en/terms and https://ibacuu.store/en/privacy.
